Exchange & Return

All returns and exchanges must be requested by emailing support@vasucalane.com.
  • Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the issue and order ID. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • INR200 will be deducted from your refund to pay for return costs.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return request / receipt of return label from Vasuca Lane.

  • Items may not be accepted for returns if the item has been purchased during a sale.

Note: Vasuca Lane is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Merchandise must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. Vasuca Lane has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.  Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
